Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. Upon verification, in-stock items will be shipped in 1-3 business days.

All items will be shipped via either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service depending on delivery location. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise to MassaOrganics.com for a refund within 30 days of receipt if in new, unused condition. You must call 530 519 8628 or email returns@MassaOrganics.com to obtain authorization for the return. Please be aware that unauthorized return shipments will be refused.

In the event of a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. Additionally, your original shipping costs will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Products must be returned in new and unused condition.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
